Transperth metropolitan bus, train and ferry services
Seniors presenting a WA Seniors SmartRider are eligible for free travel on all Transperth services between 9.00am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, as well as public holidays and throughout Seniors Week. Concession fares apply at all other times.
The Transperth Seniors SmartRider is issued by the WA Seniors Card Centre on 6217 8855 (metro) or 1800 671 233 (country).
Discount offered to interstate Seniors Card members
Interstate seniors with a valid Seniors Card from their home state are able to access cash concession fares when travelling on Transperth bus, train and ferry services, as well as government-funded regional town services.
Interstate seniors are not entitled to the free travel entitlement offered to Western Australian seniors.

TransWA regional coaches and trains
A 50% concession on all point to point travel on TransWA regional coaches and trains.
Available to all Australian Seniors.
Metro Branches: Armadale, East Perth Terminal, Midland and Perth City Station.
Country Branches: Albany, Bunbury, Kalgoorlie and Northam.
